Donnell Williams who last year assaulted me, is on parole, and is obviously high again threatening people in public. DURING A TIME OF RECORD ASSAULTS AGAINST DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS WHY IS TRIMET APPROVING THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR? I'll file the complaint on this officer and get back to everybody.
