UFO SIGHTING: Green Object Over Bakersfield, California a Balloon?

We filmed this object while facing east in Bakersfield, California. You can clearly see the moon was visible. The object moved fast, so we couldn't keep up with the object holding the camera by hand and zooming. We were still UFO Sighting NEWBIES at this time! We did manage to catch a view of the object and the landscaping at our HQ to show the position. This video was never shared until now.

OUR UFO SIGHTING ANALYSIS: Propulsion? Negative. Circular and very bright green. Green balloon? Maybe. Green balloon in high winds? Probably.
