Referendums in the Donbass republics and two Russian-controlled regions in Ukraine

🔹According to the Central Election Committee 129 observers arrived from at least six countries: 🇷🇺Russia, 🇮🇹Italy, 🇻🇪Venezuela, 🇷🇴Romania, 🇹🇬Togo and 🇿🇦South Africa.
