My heavy top single with 180 kgs was a bit of a bust today, perhaps even worse than last week. Once again, I had a hard sticking point just off the floor at my shins for a good second or so, essentially turning it in to a paused deadlift, so I was pretty frustrated with that. This final set of back-offs though in particular felt really good. Weight felt like air.
