Back Injury Parkour Training

After receiving a back injury over a year ago I tweaked it again 2 weeks ago, so now I'm in the recovery process, so in the mean time I will do some low impact parkour training.

I do not encourage people to train with an injury, I do this at my own risk. To properly allow an injury to heal it takes proper stretches, exercises and rest. I am currently doing physical therapy on my back and everything thing I do I am cautious not to injure it more.
