Fantastic baked chicken

We are going to have a baked chicken tonight for dinner.
Seasoning blend:
4 tsp seasoning salt
2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chipotle pepper
Mix together. Sprinkle over your chicken. (If desired you can reserve some of the blend to reapply to breast when you flip the chicken over) Bake at 400* for 35-40 minutes breast side down on baking rack and then flip over to breast side up for 30-40 more minutes or until the temp reaches 165*.
