I will never, ever, EVER forget the first time I experienced Reiki.

I felt sooOooOOoo wavy because of the amount of energy coursing through my body.

My heart was pounding incredibly fast like I had polished off an entire pot of coffee. 🤪

It was quite intense... so much so that I thought my heart was going explode outside of my chest!

And my hands were tingling like crazy, too. You know that feeling when your foot falls asleep? LOL

I remember exclaiming, “What in the WORLD is happening to me?!”

But as I relaxed more and more into the experience, I began to stabilize the high frequencies and open up space to receive the healing.

That day I released emotional trauma stored in my field from my childhood around relationships.

Afterwards I felt noticeably lighter, brighter and I could sense the molecules of my body changing in structure and vibrating at higher levels.

Just like after a workout when you can feel your muscles and body tissue recalibrating.

It took several weeks for me to truly process and integrate what had taken place in that session.

And I’m grateful for the opportunity to reflect back on it now because I realize how divinely orchestrated it all was.

It initiated my interest in the field, sparking a series of events which aligned me to my calling as a healer, channel and mentor.
