The name "Swan" does not appear on the map of the surroundings of Gizelevo. The lake is called Sasyk-Sivash, as we have already said. The translation of the name is indeed unappetizing, and at times the unpleasant smell on the shore is felt very significantly - this is a salty reservoir, divided by a sandy isthmus into two parts.

The lake is salty, but environmentalists in recent years have noted a drop in salt concentration in it - it is desalinated. Accordingly, his life became richer, even fish appeared. Probably, the appearance of swans is connected with this recently appeared feature.
