Telephone Scammers, Claiming Fraudulent Charges on your Credit Card - Amazon, Apple or Supermarkets

I didn't want to give these people access to my computer I was fully aware of the scam and I was just simply trying to keep them on the phone as long as possible to learn how this scam works.

If they do get access to your computer and bank account they will try to convince you they have paid you too much money and ask you to return the money via Western Union or Gift Cards.
