The HARM or High-Speed Anti-radiation missile destroys radar by using their own RF energy to pinpoint their location. If the enemy operators turn the radar off, the missile doesn't care and flies to the last known location.

This weapon could be a game-changer because it will force Russia to move its surface-to-air missile systems frequently. This eats up fuel and creates gaps in radar coverage.
