Can Mew2King Defeat Salem's Peach with Roy in Melee?

Finally we move onto Mew2King's Roy! Will Salem be able to defeat Roy in the hands of a master? Salem has been practicing Melee during the quarantine and Mew2King has been teaching him how to play. Salem now has to try and defeat all of M2K's characters in tier list order starting with Bowser all the way to Fox. How far through the tier list can Salem go?
