Don’t avoid it. Don’t ignore it. That’s the biggest mistake you can make. Don’t put it off. Embrace it. You’ll be glad you did. It’s only a crisis if you pretend it isn’t happening.

This first thing to realize about the mid-life experience is this… If you are having what they call a mid-life crisis you should be celebrating that, because for most of human history you would have been dead by now. The glass is not half full and it is not half empty. Your cup overflows.
