For he is God's servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God's wrath on the wrongdoer. (Romans 13:4)

Sneed was out on bond for a domestic violence charge when he poured the scalding water down his 1-year-old daughter’s daughter’s throat. There is no way prison authorities will be able to protect this guy when he settles in to do his jail long sentence.
