As long as you don’t drop it down. If you let it fall, your thousand-pound safe will damage your truck, van, or trailer, and the re-locker inside the safe will likely trigger, causing you to be locked out of your safe. If you let it down cautiously and carefully, there shouldn’t be an issue.

Can you store ammo in your Gun Safe?

Can a Gun Safe be too dry?
Yes. We recommend keeping low humidity in your safe. Between 30-50% is best. Above 50, rust will start to develop. Below 30, paper may become brittle, wood may start to crack, and even jewelry may start to discolor. All things to look out for.
