BIZARRE fist fight between pilots in cockpit Air France 🇫🇷

In a pretty bizarre incident, two pilots with Air France, sitting in the same cockpit, ended up in a fist fight during their flight as has become known only now, months after the fighting match took place. On a flight from Geneva, Switzerland to Paris in France earlier this year, the pilots grabbed each other at the collars and got physical, with their fists.

The altercation lead to them being suspended soon after they landed, but it’s not clear what immediate sanctions the pilots can expect. A spokesperson for the airline now states that safety of the passengers and other crew was never at risk. It was exactly the other crew members though that had to intervene with one cabin crew staying in the cockpit until touch down in Paris.

Air France has seen it’s fair share of employees breaking safety protocols in recent years. Last April, a flight from New York’s JFK Airport suffered problems with the flight controls. It showed that both the pilot and co-pilot were inputting the controls at the same time during the go-around.
