I upped the weight on this exercise 2.5 Kgs, because 75 kgs felt super easy last week, while also increasing the volume of each set by one rep. This week, I paused a bit higher off of my chest, as well. Really trying once again to focus on maintaining overall tightness, use a much less pronouned arch, slightly closer grip, and above all, coming to a full, pregnant stop/pause in the mid range of the lift, and then pressing as fast and explosively as possible.
