Hey hows it going everybody this is Jonathan Coates and in today's free copywriting tutorial I will be sharing with
and explaining how the 'P.A.S' Formula works, which stands for Problem, Agitate, Solve, or Solution...

..This method is the first formula out of a ten-part series on the most effective formulas in Copywriting -

Not only does The PAS formula identify the problem but it also induces fear into the reader's mind my conveying

exactly what could happen if a solution isn't introduced and the problem is left unchecked.

I first learned about this strategy from Dan Kennedy in an interview he gave to the Cheif Marketing Officer at then

Glazer Kennedy's Insider Circle which is now just Magnetic Marketing - He talks about it extensively actually and I'll be sure to leave that in tools and resources below

So in this video, I actually found a great example for a website I frequent for proven and successful swipe files for almost every niche: Swipe-Worthy

Here I show you 4 different ads a Canadian Based Dentist placed in the classifieds/newspapers etc where he is offering his services,

you will notice that, although each ad is slightly different in the "Theme" of the letter, the P.A.S Formula is ever present in each example.
