Zelensky asks for more 62 billion

Zelensky: "Ukraine needs $38 billion to cover our budget deficit next year; we need $17 billion to "rebuild the critical infrastructure"; we need $2 billion to rebuild our "electric energy infrastructure"; and we need "not less than $5 billion" for gas and coal purchases".
