SKINNY GIRL JEANS owner / Reality Star Bethenny Frankel is taking on TikTok for COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS

Frankel is suing the social media platform for not stopping a series of scam advertisements using her videos to market counterfeit products. She is seeking monetary damages, saying the fraudulent ads have harmed her brand.

The question is, does Bethany have an actual chance in court; or is this just wasteful filing, destined to meet its demise like all of the other movie studio and music company titans that took on social media's own Youtube just 10 years ago...
