First Cook on the New Blackstone Griddle - Pineapple Fried Rice!!!

Fried rice is one of the best dishes on the Blackstone, but adding some other items helps tremendously. Like, pineapple!

Rice:
2 cups long grain jasmine rice
1-2 teaspoons chicken powder (or use chicken stock)
2 1/4 cups water

1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup red pepper
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
1/4 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon MSG
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoons butter
Avocado oil
