The New York Times has a long, interesting history with Nazis, neo-Nazis, and other fascist movements and, as longtime Lee Camp fans will be aware, it is not an antagonistic relationship. The New York Times has coddled fascists since the term was invented by Benito Mussolini after World War I. Before that, they coddled the colonialist forces that were yet to call themselves fascists.
