Biden did a Quid Pro Quo in Ukraine to get the prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden's corruption fired. Hunter was on the board of a Ukrainian energy company, making $86,000 per month in which 10% was kicked up to Joe Biden. But Hunter can't speak Ukrainian, knows nothing about the energy industry, it was a no show job, in which he just got $86k checks every month. Years later they tried to Impeach Trump for asking what happened? Why were they paying Hunter. He offered NOTHING in return. Now he's doing it again with the Saudi's to keep gas from going up until after the mid terms. The very definition of Quid Pro Quo just as he did in Ukraine.
