Yes, he's just basically saying the secular world is not authoritarian enough and we don't have the ability to just issue an edict although in the context of the secular world it sort of seems like technically we did. Yeah I mean we spontaneously the taboo against incest in the secular world probably came from the same place that the one in the Old Testament did like people realizing that we should stop this because it's leading to like awful family outcomes right? It's just he- I guess he's just explaining to his you know fundamentalist listeners like if you get away from religion everything falls apart what is the what is the secular case against murder...
