Greek Chicken | Easy Chicken Recipe on the Blackstone Griddle

This is such an easy chicken recipe is so simple, but very delicious. The Blackstone griddle makes this quick and easy too.

Recipe:
Chicken Marinade

Juice of 2-3 lemons
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 - 1.5 teaspoons chicken powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Squirt of honey (optional)

Tzatziki Sauce

1/2 English cucumber (more or less if you want) grated and salted (about 1/2 teaspoon salt)
1-2 medium clove garlic, grated (about 1 teaspoon)
2 8 oz containers of greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Juice of ½ - 1 lemon
Squirt of honey or teaspoon of sugar (optional)
