No flour! You can eat as much as you want, fast and tasty!
This meringue cake is a sweet treat. The cake is tender, airy and refreshingly delicious. Pure joy!!! You will just love it.
Please proceed as shown below. Cook with love!

Recipe and ingredients:
Egg white 190 g (6 eggs, size M).
vanilla sugar 10g.
Beat on mixer on low speed for 2 minutes until foam forms.
Powdered sugar 250 g (add in small portions).
Increase mixer speed and beat for another 18-20 minutes.
lemon juice 1 teaspoon.
Corn Starch 20g.
Beat smooth for 20-30 seconds.
Baking tray 40/30 cm.
Spread evenly, pulling back 1 cm from the edges.
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios - 50g.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 35-40 minutes.
Fresh cheese 400g.
powdered sugar 4 tablespoons.
Cream 30-33% 350g.
vanilla 1 teaspoon.
Mix until thickened.
Peel the orange. Cut the fillet.
Divide the meringue into two equal parts.
Spread 1/2 of the cream on top.
Put the orange pieces.
Decorate with white or orange chocolate.
Cool down for 20-30 minutes.
