Easy Steak Recipe on the Blackstone Griddle

You'll love this quick and easy Greek style steak on the Blackstone griddle. I was off work and hungry plus I got a really good deal on some wagyu strip steaks from Harris Teeter. I couple this with a zucchini and seasoned with the same as the steak.

Seasoning:

1/2 teaspoon salt about 2 hrs before (can do longer, like a day)
1/4 teaspoon salt after above.
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Uncle Steve's Thick Meat
Butter
Lemon
