Double Cheeseburger on the Blackstone Griddle

This double smash burger with pimento cheese and fried green tomato was something special and amazing. The inspiration for this burger was from my buddy BJ and Kelly. They told me about this burger that they had from Hoskins, in North Myrtle Beach, SC. It was a nice big burger with pimento cheese, fried green tomato, lettuce and tomato. I had plenty of green tomatoes, so this was a great opportunity.

Ingredients:
(2) 3 oz 80/20 ground chuck
Burger seasoning
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp beef powder
1-2 tsp garlic powder

Pimento cheese (I bought some)

Green tomatoes sliced 1/4"

1 cup of flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup of cracker meal
1/2 tsp salt
Oil for cooking the tomato

Lettuce
Tomato
Dukes Mayo
Pretzel bun
