Cooking a whole lobster on the Blackstone griddle? Yes, and was fairly easy, but did take some time. The cook was a lot of fun.

I've teamed up with the @The Griddle Guys for a little collaboration. They sent me something that they commonly cook and I sent them a taste from the south! Either way, north or south, it was GOOD GROCERIES!
