Fill your mind with so many great thoughts, healthy thoughts, positive thoughts, uplifting thoughts, life giving thoughts that the HeadTrash has nowhere to sit down in your mind. Crowd it out.

We become the books we read. We become the TV shows and movies we watch. We become the video games we play and the magazines we read. Content isn’t just entertainment. It directs our lives and shapes our character.
