Sept of 2020 Bob Marshall went to his car to get a Trump hat and a confederate flag to falsely smear the President as a racist. Since that time he has sued the Douglas County School District multiple times, individual Douglas School board members who serve without pay. He has sued the Douglas County Health board. He has sued numerous families in the Douglas county community. Amazingly, he is also the democrat nominee for House District 43.
