Pathfinder Kingmaker: Why Charisma Casters Suck at Puzzles

There's this one puzzle in Pathfinder Kingmaker every player dreads coming across. If you've played the game, you know the one. It presents itself in the game's Prelude. You cannot ignore it, else it will remain in your quest log forever, and you cannot go back to it later on in the game. Some say its rather easy, if you know how. Sadly, it seems only Wizards need Intelligence to get by in Galorian; everyone else uses their Charisma, the Dexterity of their fingers, or brute Strength.
