God's man, David, dealt with sadness & even depression - Psalm 42 and 43 give Christians the formula for conquering this daily: meditating on the promises of Jehovah, practicing daily gratitude, remembering past interventions by the Lord in our lives, and praising him at length in prayer. Especially those promises! If you know Jesus Christ as your lord & Savior, you are ultimately in a glorious position. Living with Eternity in mind is sublime and powerful.
