Egg Rolls on the Blackstone Griddle

I love egg rolls. A lot. So, when I got the new air fryer unit, I wanted to make egg rolls with it.

So, Maryn wanted some egg rolls and so I told her let's do it.

Ingredients

Egg Roll Mixture
1.5 lbs ground pork
Cabbage
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup carrots
2 Green onions
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2-3 teaspoons Oyster sauce
Thumb fresh ginger on micro plane
3 cloves garlic
Pack of egg roll wrappers
Oil
Butter
Splash Rice vinegar
Canola spray

Duck Sauce

1 cup apricot jam
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Squirt of mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Place items in a small saucepan on med/low heat. Heat and mix through. You can run throw a sieve, but I don't. I like it chunky.
