Crack Slaw (Low Carb) on the Blackstone Griddle

If you're doing low carb, keto, or other low carb type diet, this is a great meal and great for food prep too. We'll make this on Sunday and then have for the week. Super easy but tons of flavor!

Ingredients:

1lb ground pork
1 package slaw
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup onions
1/3 cup peppers
1-3 tablespoons soy sauce - can use aminos too
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional)
2 cloves garlic
1 thumb ginger on micro plane
Green onions
