Bacon, Burger, and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms on the Blackstone Griddle

This is a low carb dish that really brings big flavor! I mean, it has beef, bacon, and cheese! What's not to like, right? Good groceries for sure!

Here's the ingredients:
1lb 80/20 ground chuck
3-4 slices of bacon, cubed
1/4 cup onions
1/4 cup bell peppers
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup colby jack cheese
1/2 stick of cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
