Simple Pulled Pork on the Big Green Egg

This is a simple pulled pork recipe that I made on the Big Green Egg grill.

My daughter loves BBQ and wanted to make a video with me. I had a butt thawed, so here we are.

Nothing fancy here, but a simple mustard binder and Wanna Rub, rub on the butt.

Used apple and hickory for smoke. Lump was Rockwood.
