Simple Chicken Stir Fry

This is a meal right here y'all! Easy and so, so good!

Chicken of your preference (about 1-2 lbs)
Veggies of choice
Bok choy

Marinade consisted of the following (note I doubled the below to have plenty of marinade and sauce).

1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic
1 thumb ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8th cup honey
1-2 teaspoons black pepper
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Huy Fong Chile Garlic Paste (optional)
2 green onions

Combine and pour over chicken. Let sit for at least 4 hrs and preferably overnight.

Cook per video and serve with Jasmine rice
