Carolina Classic Burger on the Blackstone Griddle

This hamburger will be sure to please your crowd. The Carolina Classic has been a classic for a long time. Thought I didn't know what it was called, we just ate them like this growing up. Loved them!

Carolina Classic is chilli, slaw, onion, and mustard. Of course, I roll with Duke's mayo!

Ingredients:

Chilli -
1/2 pound burger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1-2 tablespoons chilli powder
1/8 cup ketchup
Water to thin

Slaw -
Chopped cabbage
1/4 cup mayo
pinch of sugar
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (may need more)

Bun of choice

6 oz burger seasoned with salt

American cheese (2 pieces)
