Stuffed Burgers on the Blackstone Griddle

This recipe takes your typical burger and amps it up a notch! Add whatever you like really, but I do recommend these items!

Ingredients
1 lb burger (80/20 ground chuck recommended)
1 jalapeno
Red onion
Cheese of choice for stuffing (I used shredded Mexican blend)
Cheese for topping, I used Havarti
Mayo
Buns
Butter
Oil

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoons beef powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Lowry's
