Paypal Backtracks: $2500 Misinformation fine was in 'Error'

As first reported by the Daily Wire, Paypal's new user agreement threatened to fine users up to $2,500 if they use the service to "promote misinformation." A Paypal spokesperson now states that was done "in error." Paypal is now in damage control as they backtrack after a 6% dip in stock prices.
