Reverse Seared NY Strips on the Blackstone Griddle

I was lazy and decided to try doing a reverse sear on the Blackstone instead of Big Green Egg.

I turned out pretty tasty I'd admit. Next time, I'll add some wood chips to the griddle top to bring some smoke in.

Ingredients:

Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Beef powder
