Chorizo Nachos - Blackstone Griddle Recipe

These nachos were something else guys. Try them yourself!

Ingredients:

Queso dip
1/2 pound white american cheese
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 Milk ( may need more depending on your desired thickness)
2 oz - 4 oz of diced green chiles (fire roasted adds a nice flavor too, optional)
Dash of cumin
Cayenne pepper (optional, I didn't add this)

Nachos:

1/2 lb chorizo
Chips
Lettuce
Tomato
Avocado
Lime
Red onion
Salsa
Sour cream
Cilantro

Assemble the above in however the quantities you want or ingredients you want and enjoy yourself!
