Easy 90 Second Keto Bread (Revised)

Revised from an earlier video I did and made a few mistakes.

Get that bread fix without the carbs. This quick bread is a must if you crave the bread!

I got this from a friend and they got this off Facebook, but didn't provide the owner. This isn't my original recipe, I just love it and want to pass it along!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp almond flour or 1 1/3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp oil (melted butter, melted coconut oil, avocado oil)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
Pinch of salt
Cooking spray

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to greased (keto friendly greased) microwave safe bowl, tap on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles, and microwave for 90 seconds. You can also bake in a oven safe container for 10 minutes at 375F.

To eat, I toast on the Blackstone or in a skillet with some butter, then use as bread.
