So... why can't I lose weight? This is a question that I (Bronwen) have had ever since the weightloss tips I used to teach (as a profession!) that worked miracles for my body... suddenly weren't cutting it all by themselves anymore.

What was going on?! I was so frustrated.

The answer to the question "why can't I lose weight" was the same answer to "why is my hair thinning now...?" and "Why am I waking up at 3am every morning and I can't get back to sleep?"

But I'm a DOer and that means I pushed through at got'r'done anyway.

Then I met our darling April Emanuelson who is helping me put the pieces together to get my hormones loved on and balanced nicely... essentially telling my body I hear it and I'm giving it my love and attention on this point now.
