[Khaotic's Collection] Canceled Coins- Waffled Coin Discourse

In my last video I went over a type of coin error that isn't actually an error. In my source it was considered a type of error. But even in the description of the error it was said that it technically isn't an error. Because it was actually done on purpose by the mint to "cancel" a bunch of coins due to errors. In the process creating a new coin market. There's more to this so let's just go over this forum discourse to get more info and I'll give my general commentary on the coin community & coin market.
