The Suspicious Death of Loretta Fuddy

Loretta Fuddy was the Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health who released Barack Obama's long form birth certificate in 2011, and personally witnessed the copying of the document. In December 2013, she died in a small plane crash off the island of Molokai. The eight other people aboard the plane all survived the crash.
