Joe Biden Caught Attempting Alleged Quid Pro Quo With Saudi Arabia

In a lenghty press statement, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has alleded that Biden offered to maintain relational norms (i.e. military aide and weapons) if the Saudis would continue to produce oil at the same rate until after the 2022 congressional midterm elections. Trump was impeached for an alleged quid pro quo with Ukraine. Should Biden also be impeached?
