我認為政府需要有的特點：
一、減少天災對人民的傷害和保護人民受到人禍的影響；
二、維持一個和諧的社會，令每個人都要發揮自己最大的長處；
三、令不幸人群得以有尊嚴地生活；和
四、保護環境使我們的下一代有比我們更加好的環境
