The vaccines were not tested for transmission

Congress questions Birx about the Vaccine's efficacy. She says that they didn't test for transmission, & that they were hopeful that it would work, but told us that it would stop transmission, before and after getting it approved for emergency use, but at the same time said it was misinformation for anyone to question it's use or to promote any alternative (Safe & Effective) teatments, & blocked the use of these other safe & effective drugs, then went after doctors that used these other treatments (Ivermectin/HCQ & many others). This is fraud and murder, & now Life insurance companies are reporting a 40% increase in death rates, which are obviously from the vaccine side effects. The military's numbers are worse than this.
