BPCL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) is hiring candidates for Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Instrumentation Engineering/ Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Instrumentation Technology/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering/ Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering posts. There are 57 vacancies for these posts. The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per the Apprentices (Amendment) Act, 1973.

The age limit of the candidates will be between18-27 years as on 01.10.2022 (DOB between 01.10.1995 to 01.10.2004). Relaxation to reserved category candidates as per guidelines in this regard. The stipend will be Rs. 18000 per month. The location of the Training will be BPCL., Kochi Refinery, Ambalamugal, Kochi.

Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on their marks in the qualifying Engineering Diploma examination. The final Merit list would be prepared according to categories General/SC/ST/OBC/PwBD on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and interview. Engagement for apprenticeship training will be subject to the selected candidates clearing the medical examination.

Age Limit for BPCL Recruitment 2022
The age limit of the candidates will be between18-27 years as on 01.10.2022 (DOB between 01.10.1995 to 01.10.2004).

Qualification for BPCL Recruitment 2022
Engineering Diploma [Full Time Course] in the respective discipline, with 60% marks, from a recognized Indian University/Institute (Relaxed to 50% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates and relaxation applicable for reserved posts only).

Note: Wherever CGPA/OGPANGPA/DGPA has been adopted by the University/Institute for the Engineering Diploma Examination and the percentage of marks is not furnished in the certificate, the equivalent percentage shall be worked out as per the conversion formula adopted by the University/Institute concerned. It shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate to produce the Documentary proof of equivalent percentage/percentage conversion formula applicable to the Institute/ University, at the time of the interview, failing which such candidature shall be liable to be rejected without further processing.
